This shop is superior in every way when it comes to skill, knowledge, and integrity. Derek and his team have always got me up and running again with no issues. I put 5k miles on my truck a month at least and DNR is a critical component in my keeping both of my work trucks operating when they fail. Just today which prompted me to do this review. he made a miracle happen IMO. My trucks front drive shaft blew apart. I was able to limp it to his shop. DNR got me going again like I was in a NASCAR race. just pulling into the pits for repair... and within a small amount of time i was back on the road working again today lmao. THANKS AGAIN DNR CUSTOMS!

I dropped derek off a 47re transmission to get built for my truck, he got it back to me pretty fast. I installed the transmission myself, when I started driving the truck I had a bad shake, thinking it was the transmission I took the truck to Derek and we spent about a hour trying to figure it out, turns out he trans crossmember I built had to much flex. The transmission he built shifts great and works perfectly. Derek is a great guy and very knowledgeable when it comes to diesel trucks.This is the the only shop in Michigan I would trust with my truck.

DNR customs is second to none. I had Derek put a HD Tow Plus 68rfe transmission, install Hamilton flat tappet conversion, as well as a coolant bypass in my 2020 ram 2500 Cummins. Derek also diagnosed my front end issue, finding bent components, while other shops said my front end was fine. I am beyond impressed with their ability to handle the job, keep me well informed, and get me back on the road in less than a week and a half! My truck runs, sounds, hauls better than it ever has before and I couldn’t be happier hauling my 8,000lb work trailer every day. Derek’s tuning, knowledge of Cummins motors/transmissions, and customer service is the absolute best in the business. I would highly recommend DNR Customs!!

Matt did a great job on explaining exactly what we needed for our truck. He was detailed and patient when answering all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Great guys, work was done in timely manner and estimate was on point. Definitely returning if we need more work done in the future. Thanks guys!

Derek at DNR Customs took great care of my 2018 SuperDuty Powerstroke. All work was done as promised and he even threw in a few extras as a kind gesture. Pricing was very fair and honest. Called over there this morning and talked to Matt, and he had the parts I needed to get my truck back and running, and even explain to me how to put the parts in. If you followed me before you know how I am, customer service is everything for me, if I ever need anything again these guys are definitely going to be my go-to. Thanks to everyone at DNR customs got my truck back on the road same day. Only place i could find in Michigan that actually stock “performance “ parts. Matt answered my questions and was able to pick my part up quickly. Competitive prices too wasn’t marked up in price crazy, like a-lot of shops. Looking forward to doing more business! Thanks!
