Great staff. I'm normally skeptical of visiting franchise auto repair facilities, but the Richmond Tuffy did a great job of repairing my brake system on my truck and went above and beyond to identify potential future issues with other systems. They'll definitely have a repeat customer in me.

You all… got my old, high mileage vehicle running again like a sweet ride. I can go zooming all over the place, with confidence in my ride. 🦋
I usually don’t take time to write reviews, but this place needs to be noticed and I’m gonna tell ya why. .. it all started with trust in the manager Doug. 😎
This guy is worth his weight in gold. He knows his stuff. I have been in this shop many hours with excellent hearing. They all work really hard for us. They hold people accountable for the parts they receive and the mechanics back each other up double checking.
I’m going to start getting my oil changes done here too just so I can stop in and say hi. You always learn something new here.
To the mechanics I really appreciate all the blood, sweat, and tears. Not to mention bloody knuckles. I grew up on a farm. I know what hard work is, you guys deserve a lot of respect. Most people don’t want to work that hard anymore. 🙏
Oh… and Doug he’s got the coffee on and tv tuned to your favorite tv show when he knows you’re coming. God loves ya buddy! ✝️ Still waiting on the nap pods like the airport for a nap lol jk but ya know a round table might be nice to sit and chat. Meet a lot of cool people there.
To the owner, I got a lot of respect for Doug the manager, you got it made with him. Treat him good, cause where he goes… I go!

Went in for a radiator flush but they told me I did not need one, so I had them do an oil change so I didn’t waste there time. The price was the best I have seen in a while. Thank You guys I’ll be back in 5000 miles for sure.

This place is great! We are new to the area and needed an oil change. Called and talked to Doug. He got me in right away. The price was extremely affordable. They were extremely friendly, considerate and kind! I will be returning to this place for my automotive needs. Total oil change and tire rotation took less than 45min.

I’m not one to enjoy getting my vehicles serviced per se; but in this case I always enjoy when it’s time for an oil change. This is one of my favorite places. I know it’s weird but the staff and Doug are like family and I always feel my well being is priority. How many places can you leave and say that about?
