I won’t be returning. There’s only one person there who cleans. She’s tossed between over nights and days. Bathroom is always filthy, coffee/fountain area is always covered with flies. The coffee tastes bitter, never fresh. The site glass for the coffee is never cleaned. Do you really need two things of coffee over night? Creamer machine is caked with old cream and never cleaned, lucky if the push handle is wiped down. You go in during the day time and there’s a cashier(s) constantly eating and it’s always a drama fest. Should the food be in the office not on the counter? Why are people being shown or allowed to pull pizza out with paper towels or a rag instead of using the tongs that are sitting right there!! The swearing that goes on is ridiculous. Place is ran by young people who don’t care. You can tell there is zero accountability at this store for the associates and management. It’s a shame this location is destroying Forwards awesome reputation. Health Department needs to do a surprise visit.

Please update your hours on Google. Only gas station nearby that's listed as open, just to get there and it's not. Had to drive another half hour to get gas, and we're lucky we made it.

They constantly run out of lids, straws and cups for fountain pop. There are knats every where flying around it's nasty. Counters are always dirty and trash always over flowing. Have a worker who is always on his phone. He also tells his friends who come in to come there to work third shift as he can play on his phone all night then last hour do some work. This place is going down hill badly!

I use to shop here but the last few months has been awful. The coolers are never stocked and we're told to just go in the cooler and find what we need. One kid that works there will not do anything that involves leaving behind the counter. He is very rude and complains about not having 5 minutes to himself. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope management gets it together. Until then I'll be shopping elsewhere for the most part.

Just called there to get the hours of operation because they are not open 24 hours anymore and the girl was rude to me. And every time I go in there the pop is half empty, the shelves are never stocked, there is always a new cashier... Poor service, I don't recommend this convenience store at all.
