My daughter, who loves going to the dentist, had her first appointment here today and left crying because the hygienist and dentist were rude. They don't allow you to go back with your child, which was an immediate red flag for me.
I'm sure that not all the employees have the same demeanor, but my daughter hated the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend bringing your child here.
On the plus side, the front desk receptionist is great, welcoming, and accommodating. I was expecting the same from everyone else.

I’m happy with Cassopolis Family pharmacy. They are efficient and if you need something over the they will order it and have it usually by the next day. Nice to have a pharmacy in Cassopolis

Pharmacy is great, I love that they extended their hours and have a convenient drive through. So glad they are in Cass, a real asset to our community.

I was on Medicaid. They didn't forward my calls for refills on my Phyc meds. Was always going through withdrawals.
It would take weeks like 2 to get my meds.
The Lady I was seeing left because they weren't giving her her messages. She stated she could not work for a company that didn't care about the people. She told me where she was relocating.
The Dr I saw after that has no business even being in that position.
Well, lost Medicaid. Now they want 75$ on a sliding scale.
My husband is the only one who works. We make 500$a week.
300 goes to rent in a hotel. And food?ha only 3 days worth cause we can't afford food either.
DHS isn't any help at all.
They count money you don't even see.
So I've been now 4 months without Blood Pressure Meds. Cholesterol Meds.
I quit my phyc meds cause I can't be going through withdrawals.
My husband goes to the Niles clinic.
They're the only ones with a Recovery Program for Addiction.
Everything was fine until I checked the box for him being iin the program on our Medicaid program. Then Medicaid stopped.
And niles got crappie about the program.
His Dr come in the room and asked nastily if he was just thereto visit.
Really!?
The office lady Is nasty. Smart mouthrude.
Like I said We had Medicaid and it was cool.
We have a hard time schedule appointmentswe don't have car so rides are are hard to find.
And they keep scheduling him to take off work for the appointments. We struggle with money today for appointments. 75$ a piece for appointments plus the cost of 4 meds between us.
We starve just to be healthy.
Then they drug test my husband to get his meds for the program.
When he's dropped dirty, all him it's ok. And prescribe him what he needs.
Proof they just want money.
You should not be getting meds if you have dropped dirty.
Then the billing Lady came out to the waiting room and was discussing his private matters of financial situation front of everyone. Wtf!!??
He was so embarrassed that he now doesn't want to finish the program. He left with no meds. Which he need to stay clean. It took alot of courage to get help.
For this staff across the board SUCKS!!
I WILL BE FILING FOR A BREACH OF PRIVACY.
THAT WAS BS.
All was good when we had Medicaid.
The sliding Scale lady Britney in Cass got sarcastic with me when I asked what was the minimum amount I had to have to be seen?
She snooty reply was "your on the sliding scale ,75$
, you should be able to afford that. "
Well I can't.
So I've been without meds.
These people do not care about you. It's all about money.
The staff sucks.
I've had other medical issues as well.
That are not being addressed when I tell them.
Not culture taken just prescribemeds that don't help.
What a joke.
So if the Dr left because they were not giving the Dr the message.
Suicidal People calling for help or refills were being treated as if they didn't matter. !!!!????
That speaks volumes.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the dental clinic. It is frustrating getting in for your first new patient appointment, but once you’re on the schedule they get you back quickly for any necessary procedures. They do make you come back for each individual filling and the cleaning is another appointment so, be prepared for multiple visits if you have cavities. The staff is personable and everything was explained to me well. No pain during my fillings and very satisfied with the results.

Turned in a prescription, that needed new refill of a prescription that I’ve been taking for years on early Friday morning, stopped by Rite Aid on Saturday, afternoon nothing was called in. Called Clinic and asked if it had been called in, and I was rudely informed that it takes 3 to 4 days to have
a refill to be called in; and was sarcastically informed you shouldn’t wait till you run out. I had enough for two days, but now I will be out for at least 3 days. I had the same problem a year ago, and it took over 2 Weeks, and than they called in the wrong medication, someone decided they change it. Have had so many problems with this clinic…I would not recomend this Clinic to anyone. One Star rating is too many

If you do NOT want to advocate for yourself then come here. If you want your health to be a priority then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Especially if you have diabetes, these providers could care less and they are so uneducated about GLP-1 medications and other diabetes medicine. When standing up for myself, I was told to find another doctor for my diabetes treatment.

I live with disc degeneration, and osteopenia and the pharmacist here decided I was just a drug seeker because she could see nothing wrong with me. So one day I get a call from her telling me I need an appointment to pick up pain my meds. So I go in, Dr. doesn't know why I am there. So I told him about this pharmacist giving me a hard time. As I go to leave I here her yelling, look at her there is nothing wrong with her , she is a fraud and liar , loud enough the entire clinic heard her say it. Every one was staring at me as I was leaving. How humiliating to be treated like this. I filed a complaint because of her malicious intent to harm me and have heard nothing back. This clinic also will not send you to specialists have asked several times to see a thyroid specialist and had to push them into giving me a referral to see a neurosurgeon. Its been the most stressful experience I have ever had being treat at this clinic. I don't recommend them. They care more about politics then listening to patient needs.
