Boat would not access shore station properly due to diminished depth of water in slip. Pier Perfection staff was able to lower shore station depth by water jetting debris and muck from underneath it so boat could pull onto it easily.

Pier Perfection does a great job. They installed our association Piers (25 Slips) in one day along with float raft and two side Piers with jet ski pods. Very professional crew. Last 2 years I have witnessed a fantastic job.

We had the perfect experience from the time we visited the show room until our new dock was installed. They had several types of docks to choose from. The pricing was fair and the team arrived and completed the work exactly when they said the would. Josh and Jake also provided progress pictures. It couldn’t have been a better experience. We spent around $80,000 on a new pier. They were fine during the sales process. They have been TERRIBLE with installing our pier. Our flag light is missing and pieces of the pier are in the wrong spot. We have called and left several messages. It's now July and it's still not done. I would not recommend Pier Perfection in any way, shape or form.

We have been very pleased with the shore station, jetski lift, and ladders we have purchased from them. They also do our install and removal every year. No business is perfect, and if there was an issue Josh, Jake, Chelsea and the rest of team work very hard to make it right. I would highly recommend them as an honest and fair group to work with!

Awaiting delivery and set up of canopy and covering I paid for July last year. I have been told I would be put on the installation schedule. It's been weeks. No follow up. Disappointing

I would stay away from this place. Unorganized and couldn't care less about earning your business. Called them Friday talked to someone that couldn't give me any info but said he would have someone more knowledgeable call me back. 24 hours later no call so I call back.The next guy says they have multiple boat lifts he will take pics and send me what he has on Monday. I asked him around what cost he says around $2,000-$3,000.Surprise surprise I never get a call or any pics of the lifts. So I call them and once again they know nothing but the boat lift is now $4'500... these people have no clue how to operate a business. Absolutely buy from someplace else.
