The price is good but they like to sneak fees in there. I specifically asked about fees and was told there was just a fuel surcharge of $5.94. After the fill, there was also a $1.16 PERC FEE and a $8.99 HHC (whatever that is!). When I called and asked about the fees, I was told that I should know what the fees are, and that the people on the phone can’t see the fees. Also, the PERC FEE isn’t really a fee, it’s a tax. The driver didn’t leave a fill slip either.

I was not thrilled with the customer service response, when I first called, but she contacted her district manager and together they more than fixed my concerns. She didn’t have to call the manager but she did. The manager didn’t have to refund the fees but they did. That’s good customer service! Going above and beyond.

The prices can’t be beat by anyone around. Give them a try.”
