An employee followed me out to my car and told me I am pretty then asked if I had a boyfriend. Do not follow women to their cars. That is basic common sense I fear. I will not be returning.

Horrible service, was standing in line with just one person in front of me for like 5 mins, right when the person was done, the phone rang and they took the call before helping me. Obviously this place lacks customer service.

Very friendly service. Helpful with basic questions. They also have tool rental for uncommon tools so you don’t HAVE to buy the specialty stuff, what an amazing service!!

This morning I went to Auto Zone looking to get a fuse for my car.. I understood that they needed to see the old one so that they could match it. But she was rude. Then I went outside to try and figure it out myself. While I did so a customer had gone inside and she came out about 2 minutes later. She walked over to me and offered to help me. Because while she was in there the workers were laughing at me and talking bad about me. I have never experienced this before. Instead of them offering to help me they laugh? I won't be returning after this absolutely not funny experience.
