I have never been to another biggby or coffee place for that matter that takes as long as this location!! I don’t know if it’s lack of help but it is honestly the worst! You can wait in the drive through for 30 minutes, no lie! Absolutely horrible service, time and time again. I refuse to go to this location anymore! Starbucks offers the same style drinks and food as Biggby yet Biggby takes so much longer to get the orders out to customers. I honestly hope you look into the problems and try to fix it! Very disappointing.

The wait time isn't worth it anymore. 15 minutes in a 2 person line. No Thank you. This is a consistent issue that management/ownership needs to address.

The café is neat and tidy, and the staff is prompt. My concern is that the staff makes substitutions without prior consent and lack of customer service skills. My husband and I came in week before last and I ordered myself a Butter Bear and my young son a Frozen Cocoa with sprinkles as an after school surprise. My husband didn't want anything and didn't order anything, the staff, not needing to know who or why I was purchasing the Frozen Cocoa, assumed it was for my husband, and without our consent or knowledge, substituted it with a Frozen Mocha Mocha with sprinkles. We didn't figure it out until last week when we ordered our coffees, an Iced Butter Bear, Hot Sugar Bear, and Frozen Cocoa with sprinkles for our son, and we were asked, " No, you want the Frozen Mocha Mocha, right?" My husband looked at the staff in shock and asked "Why would you give espresso to a young child?" Definitely make sure you double check your order if you are caffeine sensitive.

Just took my daughter and her friend here to get their favorite drink on the way home from celebrating her birthday. We ordered 2 20oz strawberry mocktails and when I asked where the strawberries were in the drink the employee rolled her eyes and then proceeded to slop one strawberry in each drink and shove them back across the counter. If you don’t like your job get a different one. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and every BIGGBY we have been to I’ve never had an experience like this.

Update: tried again today. Waited 20 mins with 1 car in front of me and my hot coffee came to me really cold :( this location is so disappointing. Was a 3 star now a 1 star.What is going on with this location lately? The wait time in the drive through is insane! Half hour when there is 4 cars in line. The last 3 times I've came. Sooo many cars drive off because they are tired of waiting. This location needs to do better.

I used to come here every morning and would get through a 6 person line in 7-10 minutes. With the new staff, they wait until the person at the window is gone to take your order. I waited 15 minutes in a 3 person line while there were 5 people working.

Longest wait times I’ve experienced at any Bigby, expect to wait at least 20mins even if there’s just two cars in front of you. Something needs to change staffing wise.

The employees seemed to be more focused on catching up than getting orders right. They had my coffee sitting in the back by the drive through window because they tried to hand it out there instead of to me inside. They were too busy talking while that was going on. Then after about 5 mins I went up and asked where my coffee was, and she got it from the back. Didn't offer to make me a fresh on at all after it been sitting out by a window. And to top it off I'm pretty sure it was the wrong coffee or they didn't make it right. I ordered a Carmel marvel with extra Carmel and let me tell you, I've had better from mcdonald's than what I received that day.

Waited 20 minutes to order in the drive thru and when we did order, we had to repeat it 3 times. They still got the order wrong so I went inside to get the correct drink. I was nice and patient with them. There was a very nice girl in there that quickly remade it for me and apologized. Then, I asked if they could take the wrong drink back. The nice girl said technically no, but then a different worker grabbed it out of my hands. Not very nice and broke the company rules. Just confused why she was upset with me when it was their fault.
