Went to cash a chase check that I do 3 times a month and just went wouldn't accept my ID because it was cracked. This bank has some CRACK heads working there!

Unable to deposit cash into other customers accounts..BUT I can go buy a money order (which is completely anonymous) and perform same transaction.
The reason they gave me is because of money laundering.
What a complete B S reason, but drink up the Kool-aid Chase bank customers. You're being scammed by this big bank. Join a local credit union instead.

I had to visit this branch for a fraud issue. Tony helped day one. Esme help on the second day. It was a complex issue and they both helped me greatly. Both great assets for this company.

The staff here is so helpful and nice really the bestI picked up a hitchhiker he needed a ride to the Chase Bank in Cedar the staff here even figured out his phone so he could send pictures of his dog to his family

So I had $266.33 taken from a merchant that had NO pre or authorization to take from my account. Called the Cedar springs bank and they couldn't help me. I had to talk to someone in the fraud department so they transfered me. I made a claim, the money was put back. They recommended for me to come in and get a new card. So I went in that day and had my current card deleted and waited for a new card in the mail.. Come to find out it was a merchant that I made a payment to in the past. I did not and will never set up pre authorization for future payments. 3 weeks later, it happened again, same amount same merchant. I went into the bank. 1 teller , 1 loan officer on a friday afternoon. Teller ask that I wait, so I did. She stated after 10 minutes of waiting that the gentleman would be busy the rest of the day and could she help, nope I want to talk with someone that can answer my questions face to face. Waited 5 minutes and teller rudely ask if she can help and offered the manager in some back closet to help me. I said sure. She finely came out and said the manager would be busy the rest of the day. Called the fraud line again. They sided with the merchant and Gave my money back again. My bank, my money and they decided on there own. They claim they called and left a message, NOT! How about call again or mention it to me when I come in the bank every Friday or call my phone # at the house they have on file. I will be leaving chase bank and taking MY money with me and ta instead of did a playing your game pride on the counter behind the tellers, save it for your personal space. Taking my loans to another bank. ......... Rude, unprofessional and lazy. Drive through teller is awesome.. feel free to comment if you wish to further discuss this in private and professionally. I bet you dont!! FGWG

I came into this Branch and greeted and felt good with service I received I opened an account and the gentleman was kind and through. Cashed my check and had no issues. 5 stars for sure!!!

This was my first bank and I honestly thought that I was going to be with them for a life time. I had no problem with them up until a few months ago when they started stealing money from me. I called a few times and every person I talked to was smug and seemed like they didn't care or offer any kind of assistance, it was more like a "not my problem" kind of attitude. I had to come in twice to close my account. They closed the accounts they weren't messing with and left the account open that they were stealing from. Just sad. I went to Lake Michigan Credit Union where I am treated like a human being and not some "account number"

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Special shout out to Matthew Morey, he really went above and beyond to help me. He was really dedicated to making sure everything with my account was sorted out and was super fun to work with. 😊

Really friendly people.. get a letter regards dormant account. Have until X day to take care of it when in fact it's not so... Takes two people to close an account and.... You have to make an appointment WTH.....
