My mother and I stopped in because we messed up our tire and needed help with a flat. It was four o'clock and we were putting on a surprise birthday party for my daughter at six pm And needed to get things together so we were kind of panicking. The guys at gorillatechs were so fast and efficient and got us in and out of there in fifteen minutes. I have heard good things about this place in the past; that they are affordable and honest. The guys were very kind and thoughtful. We really appreciated them helping us out in our time of need!

Troy really earned this 5 star review. Actually helped me through email and gave reasonable/sound advice, instead of just taking my money. I will be going to Gorilla Techs for any future car need. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Techs to anyone I meet.

I am just here to share my experience with the staff and to say while I hope I don’t have any car issues anytime soon . If I do, this WLL be the place I go for any car issues. I was going to bring my car here after a little over a year driving with a used (but new to us) transfer case that failed that was done by another area shop. The kind woman who answered the phone said that I should double check with the company that did it initially as that transfer case is likely covered under warranty . After several calls , I was finally told that it WAS covered and that saved our family $2500! Thank YOU Gorillatech for being honest and making sure I checked on the warranty. I WILL be back and I hope this review helps others find you and your honest business as well! Thank you ,

The clutch went out on my car. It was not OK at all. A car enthusiast friend of mine recommended these guys and when YOUR car guy friend recommends a place, you know they're good. He was right. Once the parts came in, they had her fixed quickly and at about $400 less than I was expecting. I'm definitely going back when something else breaks.

I had a similar experience as one of the previous comments. I had told him some of the things I had tried to fix with the truck and he was very belittling saying I didn't know what I was talking about and not a mechanic. He then told me of the problems but had nothing but excuses as to why it wasn't fixed. Now a $1,000.00 later and the truck is running just as bad. I will never go back to him again. Brad Striegle

Would 10/10 recommend! Very honest and reliable people. Always willing to accommodate difficult schedules and get it done in a timely manner. I’ve taken my car in multiple times and the prices have always been fair! I won’t take my car into any other shops after working with them.

I'm pretty sure I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else but here from now on. Honest staff and you can't beat the pricing compared to dealerships and big name shops. Spot on diagnosis for more than half the price the dealership wanted to charge me. Kim and Troy were outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Very upbeat and kind. I live about a half hour away but would be more than happy to make the trip any time I need service. I told my mother who lives in metro Detroit about my great experience and even she said she would make the trip to all the way to Cedar Springs for her vehicle based on my review.
