Karla typed my account number wrong. Causing a check to be sent by mail delaying my refund. The check was from a out of state bank. My bank is out if state . Ended up costing over $400 to cash a $4000 check. I was still charged a transfer fee. I still have to figure out how to cash my state return as well because when I call Karla said there was no way to correct my account number so I was out of luck. . So far it has cost me over $800 to get my tax returns and I still have to deal with a state return... Needless to say. I'm very disappointed with how my account was handled.
