I order from Jimmy John’s all the time. This time we decided to use the delivery option. We clicked it n the location button to add our address and it went to the order page. I place a very large order totaling $79.11 They charged my card and everything was fine. Then I received a phone call telling me they can’t deliver to my address. I went to see if someone could pick it up. When I got back on the phone the girl must have put me on hold. I waited when she came back to the call I said someone would be up there to pick it up and asked what the total would be minus the tip and delivery fee… she told me she would have to ring it up again. I questioned if I was going to be charged twice and she said yes that the original $79.11 would be on hold for 3days. That means my acct was going to be charges $140 for Jimmy John’s?!?! Needless to say I was upset. I asked to talk to the manager she said she was. She then told me if I would’ve entered my address correctly this wouldn’t have happened!!!! It was their app location service that entered my address!! I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Now I have a hungry family and $80 tied up in their system and nothing to eat! She had a horrible attitude definitely not management material!

Cannot follow simple instructions. Why is there lettuce, tomatoes, and vinegar on my sandwich when I specifically asked it to be excluded? $20 down the drain due to you being incompetent.

Did a walk in order. People that ordered after me got their order before me. Took 18 minutes for my order. Worst Jimmy John’s ever.

I had an amazing experience the other day with one of the workers his name was Hunter and he helped me and was very kind in every way so if this goes through to anyone higher up that man deserves a raise he was amazing!!!

Food is delicious but it's absolutely ridiculous how many times they mess up orders and I don't get the add ons I pay for.

Glad cedar got one, although not the best customer service at this location. Mark was especially rude today when I ordered through the app and didn’t realize it had defaulted back to Caledonia. Acted like I didn’t know my own name. Good news the Caledonia store was very friendly when I called them to tell them the situation

I placed an order for one of their tuna subs with extra tuna and when i got the sub it literally had 1 scoop of tuna on it. The sandwich was basically all veggies,cheese and bread. When i called to tell them about they did not care. They will not be getting my business anymore. Wasted $14

Literally just waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches just to have none of the mods done to it. People working there are making that Jimmy's John's a waste of space.

I love Jimmy John's and work from home so I was super excited to have them close by to order delivery! The first week they were open, I ordered delivery and had a great experience. They arrived within 10 minutes of me placing the order. Today I called to order delivery to be told they no longer delivery to my area. They said they have a 2.5 mile delivery radius and can't pass Indian Lakes going south on white creek. My house is literally just past indian lakes. And they refused to deliver. Told me it was corporate policy. So sad.

My husband and I were so excited when we saw a Jimmy Johns is in our home town of Cedar Springs. We are 5 minutes away and it was going to be so convenient to order delivery when we work long days. We ordered a week ago and it was amazing! The delivery guy was here in less than 10 minutes because we are 2 miles away. Today I was very disappointed. My husband and I ordered again for delivery gave them my order and they had my address already from the last time. They charged me and I had a 20% cash tip waiting for them to deliver and they called back and told me that we are not in their delivery zone. This is completely ridiculous when I have already received a delivery in the past and we are literally 5 minutes away. I am very disappointed and I hope that they make this right since my home is closer then the furthest place they delivery east or west. Not happy at all.
