My husband and I came here for an oil change and an alignment which they said wouldn't take long... waited in the lobby for 2+ hours! Ridiculous! Don't come here if you think it'll be quick, I can assure you it won't!

I take my Kia to the Ford quick lane every few months for my oil change. They are thorough and reasonably priced. The waiting room is nice, with TV and a free coffee or hot chocolate.

I am looking for a very specific used vehicle which requires me to look at window stickers to compare features. I have spoke with multiple dealerships and I DREAD the inevitable "What's your name? Well can I help you find anything else? What's your email, phone number, address so I can follow up?" When dealing with multiple dealerships, that gets old. I just want the information as easily as possible. I spoke to ALLEN HIMEBAUGH today over the phone and was very pleased with our conversation. He didn't ask me anything overboard, just immediately addressed my questions and sent the information within 5 minutes. If I choose to buy the vehicle I was interested in, it will absolutely be from him. Other dealerships, take note.

Not a huge dealership, but will go above and beyond for their customers. Our new Escape makes the 9th vehicle we leased/purchased from Vanderhyde. Joe and Keith were awesome in a time sensitive situation, and came through big time. We tried some of the larger dealers close to home but their service and follow through could not compare. Thanks Joe and Keith!
