Thank you so much for having a great subway for us to come for a family night.. My nephew has never had Subway and he enjoyed how the blonde haired girl with braces she made.. She was amazing high five she definitely deserves her raise and I also like the girl with the brown hair, she was so polite and nice And the store was on top. It was so clean and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend to go there for a family night. They have amazing staff. Thank you so much for being there. Open for a healthy choice for someone on a diet. Thank you.

Do not order to go here, they WILL get your sandwich order wrong and will do nothing to fix it.

Ordered online, they took my money and said ready in 15 mins. Showed up and the store was closed early, no explanation. Requested refund on following Monday. Was told numerous stories. 9 days later still waiting on refund. Shady.

Went in a few days ago. A short blond girl took my order. I ordered an American tradition.... BLT with mayo and green pepper. Every one knows what a BLT is. Or I thought so. It stands for BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO. This girl makes my sandwich, wraps it up, puts it in a bag and throws the bag at me at the check out. I get home and when I open the sandwich I have a BACON and GREEN PEEPER sandwich. NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO. How do you NOT put 2 of the 3 items on it. This girl has a very bad attitude. I think she should take her attitude to the unemployment line. Been our store for many years. From now on we will be going to JIMMY JOHNS around the corner !!!!!!!

3 stars due to not being able to use coupons. The coupon scanner has Been broken for at least a month if not longer. As a franchise owner you are responsible for this issue, not the staff. Service was 100%. Great people. Food was 100%. But will not return to this Subway till the Franchisee realizes customers will only tolerate broken, unusable equipment for so long.

We door dashed so they served us their moldy flat bread. My youngest daughter unfortunately ate some not knowing what it was until I spotted it. It wasn’t a toasted sandwich and I was able to rub some off with my fingers.Edit: After calling, no refund available since I was not able to return to show them the sandwich therefore they couldn’t confirm for themselves. Was polite in telling me I was wrong at least.

This was an awful experience. I ordered a foot long BLT and they rang it up as a veggie delite ($9) with an $8 upcharge for bacon ($1 per strip). This was NEVER mentioned to me when ordering and when I questioned it upon seeing the receipt, was told “that’s the way we do it since we don’t have a BLT button”. Again, was NEVER mentioned or asked how many strips I’d want since it’s $1 per strip. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT go here.

My girlfriend and I placed an online order that the app told us would be ready at 8:10 pm. We drove 15 miles and arrived 10 minutes early and they were closed. The app took her money and we didn't get an order. Called and made a complaint and it took exactly two months for subway to return her money. We were offered no apology or even any gratuities for the inconvenience. We will no longer do any business with subway anywhere and will spread this information every chance I get

I stopped in to get cookies and while i was waiting in line i was watching the lady who was cutting and wrapping the sandwiches run the cash register and handle cash transactions without changing her gloves at all. That's cross contamination at it's finest. I walked out without even getting anything. Absolutely disgusting. Maybe the employees should take a serv safe food handling class.

Subway offers soup but literally NEVER EVER had it! The employees just simply do not put it in the hot well. It’s super annoying I call everyday and they tell me No. the staff is never trained properly when I go in there and they just decide what they want to prep and what they don’t and apparently soup is something they just don’t want to serve I guess I have to go to a whole different city to get soup.
