I'm happy and impressed. I tried booking an appointment online and I made a mistake entering my phone information which is how they confirm appointments, and Tim at the shop figured out how to get a hold of me based on what other information I left. Wow, most shops would just say it's your fault for missing the appt and move on, but they got me back on the schedule.
I appreciated the communication while my vehicle was in the shop (I had a number of things to get fixed) and the text service is a huge plus IMO. This shop seems to keep tighter control on their lead times than others. The work is great quality, best as I can tell so far!

The shop was well maintained (Rockford Location) and the staff was great! Quality service at a reasonable price. This will be our go to for all of our vehicle needs.

My first experience here a few months ago was not a positive one. But I decided to revisit them after reading all the recent positive feedback and reviews. This visit was MUCH better! The new guy and girl they have at the front desk are very personable, they should always be the first point of contact. The guy was not at all offended when I asked questions about the repair, as is the case many times. Good experience!

Tom at Northland Automotive was very helpful and ensured my service needs were met. My Honda needed special transmission fluid, which other shops refused to order and service. Tom ordered the fluid and was able to service my Honda quicker than any shop in the area. Tom provided a quality tire consultation as well, and my Honda has never been quieter and smoother on the highways. I'll be using Northland Automotive for all of my maintenance and service needs from now on!

Faced with an unexpected repair, these guys got me in that afternoon and had it fixed the next day when everyone else said two weeks.They gave me an estimate for far less than I feared, stuck to it, and returned the car working perfectly!Beat that!

Stopped today during the horrible snow because traveling with my family got a nail in my tire. They got us right in and on our way. Everyone was very nice and i would recommend them to anyone in that area

Erica in the office was great, but the mechanic Jeremy was not. He walked out and screamed at me about a bolt being stripped. Ooops sorry Dude. I think you need to talk to someone about your anger. The labor rate is 99/hr you would think that would be enough to deal with just about any problem. What a jerk. I was really hoping this was my new car place.

Uh, they didn't call me when my vehicle was done. It was Friday and I NEVER received a call and now I have to rent a vehicle for the weekend (which I was not planning on) this will cost me more money because they failed to do so. Thanks a lot
