Very friendly staff. The process of picking up and returning was quick and easy. And they had piano movers dollys - which are very hard to find.

Rented a tile cutter few months back, which was fine! But customer service lacked respect and the simple rubber plug was misplaced, so I bought new ones, 2 different sizes, as a replacement for them.. no big deal, but they thought it was not good enough!! So charged me $137 for a simple rubber plug?? Even though I bought them new ones?? Not good. Won't be seeing me there again.

This is my go to for equipment rental north of Grand Rapids. They have a great selection of equipment from earth movers to hand tools. My experience has been consistently positive and they make the effort to ensure that I have the equipment I need when I need it. I will continue to fulfill my rental needs at True Value!

They were really nice and accommodating at pick up on Friday. They let me know that they closed early Saturday. But they failed to inform me that I would be paying for another day of rental for the day that they were closed (Sunday) in spite of being finished with the equipment on Saturday albeit not until 3pm. Very, very disappointed. Is it just me or is it reasonable to charge a client for the extra time because THEY ARE CLOSED?

This place will rip you off and keep your deposit….i have the receipt for gas they said I didn’t refill and kept my 100 deposit…not too mention very poor customer service on picking up the equipment, they load it up but drag their feet as SLOW as possible as your time is being clocked. Definitely last time I do business at TRUE VALUE RENTAL IN CEDAR SPRINGS.
