Jen immediately was friendly and willing to help me find a part for my riding mower. I find as an older female some male service people are less helpful. Jen put my mower info into the system for future use and found the parts I needed, plus she was fast!

I can’t say enough great things about the people at WEINGARTZ in Cedar Springs. I bought my Cub Cadet Tractor last year with lots of help from Mitchell Alexander. He is very knowledgeable and professional so much so I went back this year and bought a Stihl Blower from him there as well. I haven’t met anyone there that wasn’t helpful and knowledgeable. It’s my place of choice now for outdoor power equipment.

The staff was very rude! Also, one of my buddies had a cub that was waiting on parts for a cub cadet pro 600 and they refused to fix the mower. He had to fix it himself. I would highly not recommend getting new equipment or taking in to repair broken equipment at this dealer!

When my toro pushmower would not start i looked into finding a toro dealer since where I originally purchased it stopped selling them. When searching I found Weingartz in Cedar Springs and decided to take my mower there to be fixed. I also had a recoil not working. They quickly where in contact with me and all throughout the process first telling me they had to order a recoil. Upon getting the new recoil they were unable to start mower either. When they tore engine apart it was bad. I had only had it since last August 2024. They very diligently worked with me keeping me well informed of what they were gonna do. They sent pictures to Briggs and Stratton of my engine. They worked to get me a new engine and replaced it at no cost to me under factory warranty. I will continue doing business with them from here on in. Thank you everyone who helped me. I would highly recommend them for mower repair.

Just purchased a xmark zero turn, after only two cuts total of 4 hours now on new mower decided it was to hard on my back…
Thinking it’s only been 30 days no problem like most places they will most likely exchange it for a same price or higher no problem? Wrong! They literally offered me 6k, then jumped up to 8k, on a 12,5k mower with only 4 hours and at 30 days!
Go to tsc or anywhere else but here!
They don’t honor any satisfaction at all…

I commend the excellent responsiveness and customer service from Mitchell Alexander at the Cedar Springs store. I am looking at a Pro Z steering wheel zero turn. I had many questions about it and wanted to arrange a test drive to see if it will hold my large, steep hill. He diligently and intelligently responded to multiple emailed questions, researching and conveying answers to each inquiry. He scheduled a test drive at my home for next week, and has been great to work with.

We have a club cadet zero turn and the tires were locking up the guy said it was fixed and would be delivered Friday morning. It wasn't delivered by 130pm so we called to check on it and the guy said it will be there in 15 minutes we are the next stop. Here it is 8pm and no lawn mower and they are closed. The fix our mower nice. But communication isn't that great.

I have a 1997 John deer 345 called a while ago to see if I can get service snd they referred me to John deer directly
This was due to me being a past employee with a disability and the position didn’t work out (they service all brands and tractors” but due to (Manager Bill ) knowing me they refused services to help me out
I’m putting this out their for community awareness and to show who they are and how they treat there customers
I was able to get the help I needed with greenmark Equipment outta Kent city Michigan 🙂

Set up pickup appointment. Earliest available 8 days away. Scheduled it. Never showed. Called back. Earliest available another four days. Not happy at all.
