Stay away! The staff is rude. The guy at the counter multiple times was extremely high on something. He was throwing our stuff in the bag. Bottles of pop on top of our now smashed chips. Just a all around horrible experience.

The skinny mad guy at night will scam u saying…only a certain amount on your debit card went through. So I paid rest in cash. I checked my balance later On there was enough on that card to pay for everything.

Food is always old. The store is constantly dirty. The Slurpee machines barely work. They have mold in their ice machine i over heard their tech telling them that. Coffee is always old and burnt smelling. The grill is dirty they barely clean it same with their oven. I wouldn’t eat nothing from here unless is packaged

Purchase a small coffee I didn’t realize the medium was 20 cents more I cashier if I can change over to the medium she told me it’s too late haven’t cashed out my bill yet so how all the years of customer service never heard of it and should have advertised that seeing I purchase a small and not the first time I go here a lot same thing ‼️👀

HiI use to love coming to 7-Eleven in Centerline Michigan on Van Dyke. Close to home. I come here often and throughout the day there's a guy working today and he's been here working several other days I coming here around this time it's like 3:45 pm now I come here often and there is never any fresh coffee and always the flavor coffee NEVER and Columbian so when I ask him to make a pot he ALWAYS saids there isn't anymore coffee. He always lie because I look and there be tones of it. I will never come back to this location. He hasn't been the only one doing this...
I will go two mile out of my way for coffee rather than come here and be lied to.
Please stop hiring lazy people. The ladies are great by the way.

This Location is absolutely disgusting....Food areas are Filthy...Drink Machines are always down...No Cups..it's just nasty....AND the parking lot is full of Potholes..I will never use this Location again...

I wouldn't give any stars if I had a choice. This has got to be the worst 7-Eleven there is. It gives all the other 7-Elevens a bad name. Just going in the 7-Eleven in Centerline MI. makes you depressed. It's always nasty in there garbage everywhere hardly ever have any napkins. And it's always something that doesn't work in there. I'm starting to think that 7-Eleven will hire just about anyone. I went in there one day to get a slice of pizza and the pizza looked very very old so I left. Then I took my grandmother up there later that evening to the ATM and the same pizza was still there and it had to be about 6 hours in between. Customer service is at a all-time low in the nation.

What has happened to this store.....?. I bought my house 2 blocks away 5 years ago. When a bunch of women ran it AND RAN IT WELL.... This new staff or owner as of a year ago is lazy. There's always old overcooked coffee.... The floor is dirty, The stock is messy..... This is the 2nd day in a row at 7:45. That I've gone there and there's been no coffee that wasn't hours old...... No, I'm not going to ask you to brew a pot and wait 10 minutes.... I got sh7y to do. You all need to get back on it.

Clerk stood in doorway with doors locked and put up sign saying back in 10 minutes while he saw me trying to come in. This is not the 711 I've known. 230am 9/27
