This store is a JOKE!! Avoid this place at all costs!! Go an extra 2 miles down to Advanced Auto or something! Go literally ANYWHERE else!! Completely incompetent employees work in this store!! They couldn’t tell a guy how to charge his AC, couldn’t even ring up my oil or coolant, and the manager was standing right there just sipping on a Red Bull while watching all this chaos happening. I couldn’t believe it! It was so dysfunctional it was pathetic!! They don’t know anything about cars at all either! It was just absolutely PITIFUL & PATHETIC!!

Just spoke with a young man up there & he telling me he can’t replace my battery because he is short staffed. Never have I ever experienced this before & I have been to a lot of AutoZones that have been short staffed. NEVER going there again.

Store manager Gene M is very aggressive towards customers, very and disrespectful person. I made a formal complain against him and his attitude towards me on July 3rd to his manager m. but didn’t received any phone call from the office. Maybe they like him so much that they accept his bad attitude. When I was returning an item in the store, the POS was not working or something wrong with his login, that’s why he start behaving aggressive towards me during the transaction. And he goes on and on. His coworker Christina also supported this bad behavior. I told main office assistant (who is assistant to Genes boss) to check the camera at the store to see what is his behavior but they didn’t call me back. please be careful with this person. He will use his personal grudge on you.

I'd give zero if I could....not helpful at all. Driving into work and my blinker goes out. Stop in autozone 10 and vandyke. Go the counter a lady working. She asked me which blinker I said idk because my blinker switch is broke and I can't hold the handle down and see which one is out at the sametime. Her response how am I supposed to know I can't tell, I can't do it. Wwwhhhaaattt come out I'll hold it down and and you tell me which one is out. Nobody asked you to change anything. I let her know she was not helpful at al and left

Gene is horrible, usually the auto-zone employees take care of simple mechanical issues, and you tip them, he sold me the wrong head light then did a poor attempt of trying to replace it. I went to friendly auto they fixed it in 3 minutes literally, he’s lazy and couldn’t do the bare minimum absolutely useless, but the women who was working mornings was super nice and helpful and I’ve seen her in action she isn’t lazy.
