I have been trying to contact CPAP office for two months ! You sit on hold without a anwser unfortunately this company realizes on the name not good service, no company is to big to fail.

I was told by their "customer service" representative that they have too many patients to actually do their job. You're not messing up people's McDonald's orders here, these are health related issues!

Worst customer service ever , they don't answer the phone and online orders are always wrong. I asked my Dr to change supplier so I am waiting to see Him again 21 years of bad seevice
