“I have had good experiences utilizing the pharmacy. The staff has been very helpful and accomodating, much more personalized than using a chain-store pharmacy. Even when I did not have the full amount for my co-pay they were able to supply me my medication knowing the importance of its usage. They even offer free delivery to my home. The pharmacist is more than happy to sit down with you and discuss your medications.”

From the small details to being friendly and fast every single time I come to their window to the massive life-saving help the pharmacist just gave me since I am in a really bad financial pinch with no insurance. I genuinely could not recommend them enough. These people are so rare. Greater Care is an incredible breath of fresh air in this social climate where everyone is rude to each other and businesses only care about their bottom line. “Naz the pharmacist always stays after to make sure that his people get their medicine. They will call and check up and tell you when your medication is available to pick up. They will also send text messages notifying you when you can pick up your medication. They are super understanding and they are AMAZING at customer service. They always have a smile on their face!

“I had several phone conversations with Sam while trying to figure out the best option for my mother-in-law’s medications. She still handles her own meds, so I wanted to make sure we were making the right choice and not just going with whatever seemed easiest. I had a lot of questions, and Sam was kind, patient, and generous with his time every single time I called.
To be honest, Walgreens would have been the cheaper option for us. But after talking with Sam, I felt like Medi-Mart was the better choice for my mother-in-law’s situation. “Great pharmacy! Pleasant, knowledgeable Pharmacist and Technician. Worth filling in person than filling mail-order. If you can afford a $3 co pay, fill your prescriptions here! From drop off to pick up... 15 minutes.
If you have Humana Centerwell mail order is a nightmare. It takes weeks to have a prescription filled. Their A I generated call center takes forever and they contact overseas with hard to understand staff ( no fault of the staff ) who have no means to give you any information.

“RiteMed Pharmacy is amazing! I got fed up with a big name pharmacy because I could never get anyone on the phone, and it would take sometimes up to a week before my meds came in. I decided to try the small not-corporate pharmacy at the end of my street, and it has been the best decision I’ve made in years!
All the staff at RiteMed are very friendly, and the pharmacist takes time to speak with every patient, every time you call or go in. If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll have it for you next day. I highly recommend them!”
“I agree with the person who just wrote the other post about this particular pharmacy working with what you have available and in this particular situation i really didn't have my wallet I forgot everything at home or whatever the situation was and I had x amount of dollars in my pocket and I had a coupon from GoodRx. Without dragging out this pretty fairly long story in a lot of different things twists and turns but in the end I got my prescription with the money I had my pocket which was at least $40 less than what I should have paid.

“They fill your prescriptions in less than 30 minutes and an hour. The Pharmacist is very nice and he will contact your doctor if you need a refill. This is an African American Owned Business that's been around for years serving the Community. They need to be Awarded for their good business. They also sell other Over The Counter Healthcare & Some Beauty Products like Shea Butter, fragrant oils. They sell vitamins, cold and allergy medicines, old school products we grew up on like Cod Liver Oil. They sell Birthday , Sympathy, Blank Greeting cards. Bottled Alkaline Water . Herbal Products. I love this Pharmacy. Free prescription delivery also.”
