They nickel and dime you in fees and charge you for things you aren’t aware of. Said they could give me a car loan so I set up an account. Was then told they couldn’t provide me the loan and charged me $10 when I closed the account even though they made me open it to apply. They’re a scam credit union. I’d suggest going to LMCU instead.

We have been with this credit union for a long time we have been with them through all there updates and upgrades and they have always treated us like family we would never go back to a bank we plan on staying with Cornerstone!!

I have CCF for my car loan and the app is garbage, they make the process so much harder than it needs to be. If you can, stay away.

Want there on June 2nd with to see about refinancing his truck. We got there about 12pm, the lady that helped dont know if just got there or was coming back from break. But anyways she calls over to her desk where she continues to dig through her purse and look at receipts from stuff she brought. Then as we are sitting there she keeps looking at her cell phone and reading messages that are coming to it. As she enter my son's stuff she then takes a call from a member and stop what she doing with us to help that person. She finally gets everything in the compture and then tells my son he should hear something by Saturday cause she was so busy Friday. It now 6-623 and the lady has not called with any updates about this loan. So I call and leave a message with no return either bit you take a call when you was helping us. I will never us this credit union if that how you treat people.

Member since 1986, financed a car in 2018 with a 2.2 apr, bought another car and asked for same apr and was told not feasible , asked 2 times with 2 agents. Went with another bank for the financing. Disappointed to say the least

I Love CCF Credit Union. They get to know you as a person instead of a number. They offer great rates for most financial services and I’m extremely happy that they are one of the C.U’s that’s associated with my job. Customer Service is A1. I’m happy I stumbled across them in my search for a new financial institution.
