Joyology must have paid to have my review deleted. So now I'm posting again with 1 less star. When you buy a marijuana product at a dispensary you should be getting a real tag that shows WHO TESTED UR PRODUCT, where it was grown, etc. these tags you give on your products are not compliant. And every time I've bought from you I get something like this. WHO knows where it's from. Do better.

They took my order online for delivery and after 5 hours when the store was closed I figured they weren't going to deliver it and just left it on "being prepared" to keep from having to do it. It's the day before thanksgiving so this thanksgiving I can give thanks to the fact that their laziness/incompetence made me not have any weed for the holiday. If they are too lazy to do the bare minimum(being their jobs) and fulfill my order that's fine but too take my order and for hours just not tell me you won't fulfill it and then to just close your business and keep the order "being prepared" (which will be being prepared until Friday after thanksgiving at this point) is honestly not just laziness or incompetence but sheer disregard and disrespect for the customer. I know as an employee you may feel attacked but as a person who works at a dispensary you should understand and respect a person's desire to get some marijuana in any day especially a holiday and on top of that how can you not have the basic common decency to just cancel the order or not take it so I could have just gone somewhere else and still gotten some. Honestly I don't care how the product is(also I didn't get any so I don't know) but the service treated me like garbage and actively had a negative impact on my thanksgiving because they couldn't be bothered to fulfill or cancel an order.Update: it's now the next day (thanksgiving) funny enough my order is apparently still "being prepared" while they are closed but I ordered from a competent dispensary which got me my order within 2 hours. So thanks joyology for seemingly going out of your way to keep me from having bud on thanksgiving but thanks to Cloud Cannabis actually doing their jobs(shocking concept to you I'm sure) you've failed.Also there doesn't seem to be a way to cancel this order I made yesterday which was supposed to be here last night but if these people show up tomorrow expecting me to buy their weed (first I'll laugh in their face) but I'll be sure to add that here too

The manager "Andy" is amazing he handles problems very well and has his staff and customers best interest at heart extremely professional! Great attitude! The staff are just as awesome. They definitely have the best dispensary in the area!! All around great place to shop

. I normally love love love Joyology but today I needed to use the atm...the atm did some weird transactions and reset...it showed it gave me money and it didn't..I spoke to the young lady at the front and she said it's been going on all day...i asked why wasn't there a sign if its broken she said her manager told her not to.. I asked for the manager and he immediately started explaining how to get the refund from my bank within 5 to 7 business days....I simply wanted to know why wouldn't he post an out of order sign...this guy says we're working on it walk out and put a sticky note on it he was super rude...I spend a lot there...this was awful customer service

Very bright, cheerful, and very friendly employees. It's very clean . Everything is prepackaged so it's on the up and up. No back room shake going on here. In my opinion this is how all the stores should be run. There are a lot the state needs to shut down do to their shady business practices. Joyology is #1 in my book. To top it off their prices are great. Their employees are very helpful!

I can only speak for myself but this place has hooked it up every time I go in or order delivery. I had received a coupon and didn't realize it was for one of their other locations but they took care of me and honored it anyway. I haven't received any bad tree even when I get the cheap stuff. They have great deals on carts and you don't have to spend $100 to get a deal. Plus they do big discounts every day on different types of product. My go to place now

This place is a joke! With all the dispensary choices we have now this is the LAST place you should go. I made an online order for curbside pickup. There is no such thing, had to park and go in. Order was ready , placed inside an unmarked white paper bag. NO RECEIPT! I get home check my bags which were "prepackaged" and 2 of the 3 bags were short. You could easily see a difference the one bag was very flat definitely no nugs all broken up. I call Joyology and I'm told I have to contact the lab they came from, there's nothing they can do. Okay well I don't have proof of purchase so I ask her to email me a receipt... she says no problem I'll send it right over! Receipt never came, it's been a couple weeks. I've never had a problem at any other place. So not worth the headache.
