“A business of legendary Hazel Park status. It was there when it was almost illegal and it’s still here today. One of the original head shops. Everyone loves this place. I spent the day With Tommy Chong here (honest to god) this place is hollowed ground among OG stoners of legend! I got my first Led Zeppelin tapestry from them when I was in jr high school. Bought my first bong, I can’t say enough about this business. I really love it and any local HP person worth his weight in weed will tell you the same! They now have a dispensary. I’m stoked.”

“Called to inquire about a replacement vape part. I was assured they had it in stock. I drove over the next day to pick up it up since they kindly set it aside for me.
I got home and opened the bag only to discover it was the wrong part. I trusted the piece was correct and never checked it at the store. Therefore, I'll take some of the blame. A 7 mile and 30-minute inconvenience after all is said and done.
When I went in to return the piece, Matt the owner/manager was there. He was very warm and apologetic about the matter. He said they did actually have the correct piece in stock. It was the last one, and he comped it for the inconvenience. I couldn't have been more pleased with his quick call to action. He quickly turned a negative experience into a positive one. This is why I continue to shop at Puff Factory. Great selection and admirable service.”
