“Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up having to go there two days in a row, and he helped me both days. I was in and out with everything I needed because of his help. Excellent customer service.”

“Amazing selection, love all the choices for drink mixes! We had to go back again to try more! Amanda was super friendly, knew a lot of the store, and was overall pleasant! Definitely a good store to visit, we’re visiting out of state and this was worth stopping for”
“Cloud Nine is amazing! Their hookah cups are top quality—super smooth pull and the flavors are rich without being overpowering. The customer service from Moe is top notch! Definitely recommend”
“This is the best smoke shop around! Excellent prices and selections! Can't beat the prices but also the service. The team there is so nice and makes you feel like a valuable customer. I pass by 5 smoke shops just to go to this one! If you want a smoke shop with the best prices with workers that have your back then you gotta check this place out! Been a valued customer for 2 years now and can’t go back to any other places.”

“This is the best experience I have ever had when trying to buy vape products! The owners were very helpful. They were very kind and answered all my questions without judgement. Would definitely recommend!!”
“There’s a ton of smoke shops around, I literally come here JUST for LeeAnn. Even when I walk in crabby, she’s such a vibe I always leave out happy!”
“I absolutely love this Shop! Kevin is super knowledgeable about every single item they sell. If I have a question about something new, he immediately gives me the breakdown and also tells me what other customers have said about the item. I would give 10 stars if I could! Awesome customer service and great products!”
“You can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into the shop! Everything’s organized, prices are fair and the customer service is excellent! My #1 smoke shop”
“Always have a great experience when I go here which is why I never go anywhere else. Was given a free grab bag today with my purchases and it was a great selection of goodies, plus a hand written note 😊 thank you guys for being awesome!”
“The only smoke shop I got too. Friendly staff, good products, and great deals.Update: still the best on the east side. They always treat me like family, ask about my life, etc. Something about this place feels like visiting a family member. They never forget you, even if you only stop by once. They give samples and throw goodies in my bag from time to time. I literally refuse to buy from any other shop. They will also order whatever you need if it's not stocked.”
“Cute little neighborhood smokeshop. This place has changed a lot over the past 2 years. Their selection is constantly growing. They have most of the common stuff and decent hookah supplies. It's hardly ever crowed their helpful, and get you out quickly.”
“They've been very patient and helpful to a casual buyer like me who has no idea where to start with all the options. Better experience than any other local outlet I've been to.”
“Visited the shop 1st time &had such a very pleasant visit. The owners were very hospitalable &friendly 'Joe&Johnny'. I definitely will recommend &I definitely a customer.”

“They are the only store we've found in Michigan that sells 6-packs of Almaza beer. Their Japanese whiskey section is impressive. We always find whatever random beer or liquor we're looking for. The staff is friendly & always helpful.”
“My favorite smoked shop. Mike is very friendly and has great customer service. Always outgoing and knows what I want☺ They've been close for a couple of weeks now. And I pray that everyone is okay ??”
“Customer service is top notch, even better the flower is Top Tier. Stop on and I guarantee you'll be a permanent customer (a small batch company who really cares about there product and very knowledgeable Bud tenders)”
“Juno thank you thank thank you — and the and the cigars that you suggested the flavored ones coffee Java I believe I usually start my morning with that cigar now.”
“I came in looking for wine that my friend enjoyed with her lunch, and I stopped there to see if they had it in stock. They didn't, but they said they could order it. So I left my number for them to call if they could. A week later I got a call saying that the wine was in, told my friend and she was so pleased.
They now have a customer for the duration due to their great customer service.”
“I go here with my family and they all absolutely love the food. Its got a okay price for the food, many options for kids and adults, and you can customize your order as much as you want. The food is exceptionally good (I suggest the 8 ounce sirloin steak medium well with baked potatoes) and the presentation of the food is good. Would come here monthly if possible 😋”

“Moon is a fantastic addition to Wild Bills establishment, she's always very pleasant and smiley. If she wasn't here I would have less reasons to come here. Make sure she stays!”
