The staff here are friendly most of time, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drop off large amounts of packages here daily and not once did one get lost yet from here.

Hey lady!!! If you so damn miserable, maybe you should quit your job. You have absolutely no customer service skills at all... I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years now and if you were one of my employees, you would have been terminated a long time ago.
Also can anyone tell me why Centerline hardly ever delivers mail on Saturdays or Mondays

There were two Af Am ladies at the counter.They were both courteous and helpful.I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Why am I even bothering to leave a review - others have said it all. Was waited on by a female clerk who had attitude right from the start and was a complete snot to me and the 2 customers before me. She had a problem with an address on my package and when I questioned her she decided to belittle me. I took the abuse for awhile and then gave it right back to her. She kicked me out of the PO and wouldn't service my package. I then went to the Fraser Post Office and they had no problem with the address. They are very sweet and professional there the opposite of the Centerline snot. They told me the female that waited on me is the Postmaster. REALLY - great customer service and way to know the job you are in charge of. I don't deserve your abuse because you are stressed and shorthanded and have to work the counter and hate your job! Must be nice to have a job for life and be able to insult customers and have no ramifications! Will never step foot in Centerline PO again!

Horrible experience I was filling out an application for my kids passport and a worker tell me a had to control my kids that it wasn't a daycare, let me add my kids wasn't alone the dad was watching them and nobody else was in the lobby. In public places you need more empathetic workers

This post office used to be great but the last few years they are always closed early. Even the lobby so I drive all the way out there multiple times for nothing. Also starting this year I have been either missing letters or receiving them pretty late to my P.O. Box.

Incompetent staff that stated she knew nothing about her job then refused to get a supervisor while giving me a attitude and moving closer to me. For your own safety avoid this place.

This is the best post office around hands down! Yolanda has the best customer service. The other staff members are also polite, kind and very helpful as well.
