They refuse to work with me. I bought my boat from a previous owner who had the boat stored here. Douglas after I bought the boat said it was a mess and threw the boat outside even though I offered to pay for indoot storage so I could work on it. I want the boat running, fixed and in the water and the 1st and only contract they made me sign said I could not hire outside people to do work but they refuse to work on the boat and no mechanics I have contacted will go on their property. It has sat in outside storage for 2 years. They want me to certify the boat but they are supposed to do that before THEY put it in the water. The boat is too large to trailer. Douglas and Doug have hung up on me when I call to discuss and have both been rude and disrespectful. They have sent no bills/contracts so I sent 1 check last fall for winter storage which they cashed and sent another in January which they did not cash. I had a dock I paid for last summer but Bergmanns would not get the boat running and in the water and I lost the fees I paid for the dock.

Amazing staff very helpful and knowledgeable will definitely recommend. ???also able to work with the other marinas like ⚓️Boat Works of Charlevoix which I will also highly recommend in order to accommodate a customer.!

We were in Charlevoix a couple days ago. The brand new shower sump pump i installed quit working. I called the owner and next day morning. They sent a guy to the boat to fix the issue. After spending an hour he found out that the sump pump wire connection was oxidized. Only thing he did was to cut the oxidized wire and fix it. Today they charged me 245$ for a 3 hour job. Just to fix this wire Seriously how long would it take to fix a wire. Not 3 hours. Very dishonest people.
