I found this H&R Block to be extremely unprofessional. The associates were not knowledgeable about my tax situation, and kept putting me off to “look into it”. When I made appointments to go in and have them completed the front desk associate said the associate was out in their car talking on the phone. The front desk person called and texted them multiple times to get them to come in.Each time I was in they had complaints from others that their taxes were not done. I was very hopeful, and I gave them nearly 4 weeks to complete my taxes and they did not end up finishing them. Then when I decided enough was enough and asked for my tax paperwork back they didn’t even check my ID to make sure I was who I said I was. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Terrible Terrible experience!!! Find another branch if you're going to do H&R. Honestly probably one of the worst costumer service experiences I've had to date. As another mentioned in reviews the lady will straight up ignore your calls if you have any kind of issues. I'm a grown women with a family and had to get my mother to call just so she would answer the phone.

Very disgusted with the treatment my mother received at this location.We went to have her taxes done back on February 3rd and Denise price was the one who helped told my mother what she was getting back etc.Long story short here it is well over a month later and my mother has not received anything we have tried going on both the Irs site and the Michigan treasury site put in my mother's information the amount and get a no record found result.My mother has called numerous times trying to get denise to return her calls and she is 100% avoiding her the other staff members have been very rude with my mother on the phone.This is down right uncalled for you got no problem being polite when a customer pays you but after they do you treat them like dirt i am about tempted to contact h&r block headquarters and file a complaint quit jerking my mother around.

The one and only reason I return year after year regardless of a receiving a return or having to pay, is because of Denise Price. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of our personal type of filings and has the best customer service one could ask for. She genuinely applies herself to our filings and the product we receive is a complete, compliant and in most case with very little or no due outs. I am impressed with H&R Block finding, hiring and retaining talent such as hers and will be remissed the day she retires. Going on 5 years now and referring others to H&R Block for the true piece of mind we receive. Thank you!
