Wow, just wow! South Point's customer service is top notch. They were very communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair process. They do beautiful work and truly live up to their motto "like it never happened." They were friendly and kind with every interaction. I cannot recommend this company enough, they'll take great care of you. Also, you will get your car back cleaner than you left it :) Thanks Doug + crew!

They have done work on my car twice now (one rear collision and one side deer hit) and I am totally satisfied with their work and the company as a whole. They did the work in a timely manner and were easy to deal with. The second time there was some issues, but nothing I would hold Southpoint's work accountable for (faulty parts) and they were great about making it right. And each time my car was detailed beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them.

I hit a deer and had my vehicle towed to south point. They were professional, communicative, and did an AWESOME job. Having done body work myself, and being passionate about automotive detailing, I can confidently say they are TOP notch. 100% would recommend them, and if I ever run into a situation like this again I will be back. Thanks everyone at south point! Big kudos for the person/people who did the interior detail as well!!

They did an excellent job repairing our Jeep, they did as asked, and called when there were questions about the previous unknown damages. They also cleaned the interior prior to returning the Jeep. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Have used them several times in the past 7 years. The workmanship is A+. The paint color match is right on, not sure how they do that with an older faded car? Staff is very friendly and professional.

Very rude they have no problems calling their customers liars and thief's! Be cautious with this company. Charlevoix Collision has much better service and better company with rental at your finger tips.

had truck repaired here and was harassed and threatened over a payment from insurance that hadn't even cleared the bank yet! Be very cautious with these people they will be at your work when they should be harassing insurance company! Terrible customer service
