This Walgreens’s pharmacy is a joke, not the pharmacists but the lady’s they have at the check out in the pharmacy. They are lazy and slow and look like they have no energy to do their job. The lady today was rude to me and lied to me twice. Go somewhere else and get your prescriptions, especially if you want them on time.

Came in tonight for a few things and your employee working the register alec is very rude. Told him have a good night and he turned around and mumbled something under his breath that's fine ill shop else where

God loves this Walgreens location. Staff here is very helpful ( God ) and nice. Location itself is immaculate and has a lot of cool products. Place has a ( God ) magical feel to it. - God

Easily the worst pharmacy in the area. Do not use this one. They will not give you all your meds and give you are hard time getting the replacements they never gave you. Happened to us twice now.
If you need to stay in Charlevoix, use the Central Drug Store. If you need a drive thru, use Meijer in Petoskey. But don't use this one if you need the medications you get prescribed.

I've only been using the Walgreens pharmacy since the Rite Aid one shut down, but this has been a terrible experience. I was just there picking up meds for me and my parents and I was told that they have to refill prescriptions that aren't picked up for more than 10 days.
A fair policy, if only we had been told we had prescriptions ready 10 days ago! We're supposed to get a phone call when we have meds ready. This is only the latest example of incompetence though, since every time I've tried to pick up meds there's been some sort of problem.
Not only that, the process of picking up meds at the drive through takes about 3x longer than Rite Aid did, and it's hard to hear the person behind the window. I always have to turn off my car, and my car isn't that loud. I've never left a review for a business before, but I felt the need to now.

I’ve been hesitant to say anything about this store because I know they are short staffed. However, being very slow and disorganized isn’t my complaint. My reason for this poor review is I have witnessed the pharmacist at this location be rude to her fellow co-workers as well as customers. There is no excuse for this. Furthermore, the guy working the cashier is pretty rude as well. So disappointed in this location.

I created a painting for Father's Day that I intended to give to my grandfather early in the morning. Someone from upper Management named rayne failed to tell me that they did in fact print my order and just wanted to ask if it was copyrighted material. They made me resubmit my order and made my gift late. I can prove that I am the artist behind this image and then when I actually showed up she had a bit of an off attitude. I suggest you remind your management to be nicer people and to just ask me first next time

Staff are really nice, but the pharmacy and the way things are ran are RIDICULOUS. I dropped off my script today at 11:30 (after using my whole lunch break to drop it off) the lady took my insurance info and paper script, took it in the back and told me it was taken care of and it should only be a hour before it's ready. I arrived today at 5pm and the staff could not locate my script at all. They asked if I was at the right pharmacy and when I dropped it off. After, the staff went to the back, they brung back my paper script and apologized and stated they were sorry, they don't know what happened but no one ever entered it in the system and it was never filled. This hasn't been the first time something like this has happened. I understand they are busy, but they definitely need a better way of running things.
