This is a great place for you to go work out, get pt, or ot. It is state of the art, and offers so many services from walking their indoor track to a massage.I highly recommend Alive for all of your physical needs.

I love this place!! Rhey have so much to offer with no pressure. I love the dry sauna, too. They are so friendly there, and the trainers answer all my questions when I have them. I am a forever member.
