Great veterinarian. But the entire experience of the clinic has gone downhill a bit once the corporation took over, and it was no longer privately owned. It seems like the staff changes often, so you never get to know anyone.

My original post has been removed? It was a post about being denied an appointment for a urgent vet visit for my dog. The reason stated as they save those for there routine clients. I had a client relationship with this clinic at the time. .

This was my first visit here and I am beyond impressed. It was extremely clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Dr. Peterson was very informative and took time to answer any of my questions. She is amazing. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful too. A great experience.

My dog had his annual check up with Dr Peterson and he did great. We have been working on his comfort of letting strangerA touch him with my telling him okay. He had Peterson and he liked her and was able to remain calm and concentrate on commands and make it through his physical, shots and toenail trims without incident.

The staff was very kind and friendly, Dr. Lindell was very thorough and caring about the condition of my little Yorkshire terrier and her dislocated kneecap, taking X-rays to identify the problem. I felt that my Yorkie was in good hands under her care. Thank you

I don't recommend Applegrove Vet. I've been with them for over 10/11 years and it's been one thing after another. I find the vets very unprofessional and it seems they are just about the money not our animals. I received a survey asking how we doing? I filled it out truthfully but not rudely. 4 months later they sent my dogs records releasing me. Why ask how your doing if you can't take the criticism as well as the positive? How do you expect to grow and learn? Problem is Applegrove thinks they are perfect. It was a blessing we found a new Vet and are happy so far there. We needed out of the Grove, it was just convenient.

Had to put down my barely 4 year old dog, due misdiagnosis and miscommunication. I was told by both vets here, that she had fatty tumors nothing to worry about. After insisting multiple times, the tumors were finally aspirated and came back positive for cancer. Had both tumors removed at a cost of 2000 dollars, only to find another. When we had her spade, a week after surgery she began bleeding from her private area not from the incision. Most likely from a hematoma, had a hard time getting staff to understand where blood was coming from. They refused to see my dog when her health took a turn for the worse all of a sudden, because they said my wife and I didn't treat their staff with compassion. If you love your animals like I do mine, don't subject them to these people. My dog suffered in pain for the last 2 weeks til we could find a new vet. 2 weeks with not eating, throwing up everything she tried to eat and becoming so week she could barely walk.

They took such good care of Scribble! He had his teeth cleaned and one pulled. He is doing great! We appreciate all of you at Apple Grove Veterinary Care!

Very bad experience! Customer Service is non-existent. Do not care about pet care, just $$$. My dog has been neglected and refused service due to their horrible past treatment. They refuse to see my dog for care. Unbelievable! Do NOT recommend!

I have been taking our dogs to Apple Grove since Dr. Weaver & Weber were there. I have found the Dr.s and team to be concerned & compassionate interacting with my pets and me. When I first took this very anxious 5 year old rescue to the clinic, the techs & the veterinarian got on the floor with treats to help him be more comfortable-there were three people on the floor, speaking softly to reassure him and me. Just recently, I called about this same guy, now 15 years old, needing to be euthanized. I was very grateful to be able to get him into the clinic that afternoon! Everyone was so kind throughout the event, starting with bringing a cart out to the car to lift him onto. Dr. Peterson made sure I understood the procedure and how it would go. Sadly, this is the 3rd time I had had to take our dogs to Apple Grove for euthanasia. Yes, I have seen several different vets over the years, young people starting families, so it's to be expected. I have found all to be kind, willing to talk over problems and concerns. Dr. Lindahl had also made several calls to me to discuss this old guy's health issues over the last couple of years. I am happy with the service and will continue to make the drive and take my other dog there!

A well liking for this vet clinic. You actually get to speak with the physician over your visit.Recommendation is 5 stars as well.
