The McDonald's here in Eaton Rapids and at the m99 96 crossover in South Lansing are owned by the same people has anyone who has gone to McDonald's over the past couple years nose it's almost impossible to get a frozen mocha or a hot mocha or a shake or anything like that because the machines are always broken this is utterly ridiculous. I cannot tell you how many times especially on the m99 96 McDonald's that I have gotten food that was cold that was not correct drinks that were not correct. And this problem goes back way before covid the help there is always been so far with many bad attitudes across many different levels of employees I make it a point not to go there anymore.

I had a wonderful experience! I went in to buy wiper blades for my brother’s car and, needless to say, I didn’t have the correct information. After making phone calls, looking at the VIN and license plate, the blades were found and they were put on the car!!

I got into a car accident and my receipt was in my totaled car in the impound and I needed to return some Amir all wipes and they wouldn’t let me. I’ve never had issues until now I even gave them my number to pull up my receipt but they can’t do that either. This is my go to place but idk about that anymore sadly.
