“I'm not crazy about the signing in on a public touch screen, then having to wait, but touching and typing on those kiosks creaps me out due to germs. I like the old way of just going to the counter. Now it's sign in, wait by having a seat or standing which is what I prefer, again..germs on seats, then going into a cubical and again sitting on a public chair to get my business taken care of. It's not like they disinfect those seats or kiosks after every use, and who knows how often they are actually disinfected. That whole germ filled process for me is stressful and gross.The staff are all nice, the bank in general looks clean, no papers on the floor.I like this bank, just not the hands-on stuff and cubicals. They need to go back to the old-fashioned stand at the counter service, in my opinion.I will always use this credit union, as their rates are pretty good, and it's small enough to get to know some patrons' names.I do recommend this credit union for all your banking needs. The staff are all very professional and do their absolute best to accommodate your needs as politely and fast as possible.There are no photos due to safety issues. It's a bank, not an Ice-cream stand folks.”
