I was in for my dreaded update for my phone. Laura (who is being newly trained by Jamie) was efficient, helpful, and helped me complete the shopping chore with ease.

Amazing customer service! Upgrading my phone has been a pain and they did it for me all over the phone and when I went in, I was barely there 15 minutes. They made something extremely frustrating into something so easy!! 10/10 experience.

February March 28th 2025 at 5:45p. P. M. I just dealt with the most disrespectful and unprofessional manager I have encountered in a long time. Case manager with entirely rude, would not stop talking over me and continued to disrespect me even when I asked her to stop. At one point she told me not to yell at her. I told her I hope their business has cameras so that the manager or owners can watch the video and see that I had never raised my voice in any way. Without a doubt the absolute most disrespectful unprofessional and out of line manager I have ever met at a boost Mobile store.!!!
Somebody seriously needs to do something about your female manager on duty date and time above.

Bought a new phone and paid the bill in the store. Service was suspended for 86 cents. They blamed the boost service and charged me another 9 dollars plus the 86 cents to get service back. This is a pre paid plan. So it absolutely doesn’t make a lick of any sense!

They tricked me into buying a modem for Xfinity WiFi. They didn’t tell me if there’s an issue THERES NO RETURNING IT. Xfinity won’t take it back nor do refunds either. SAVE YOUR MONEY COMPLETE SCAM

Staff/Manager was incredibly rude. Wanted $35 for a Sim Card Switch. Was condescending, referred to me as, "Buddy," the entire time, and didn't listen to anything I said as a customer. Will not be returning to this Boost Mobile location, and I encourage others to look elsewhere.

Boost sucks!!! Can't send or receive texts anymore. Not getting calls or voicemail. Everytime we go in to get help with our phones things end up worse than when we went in... Looking for new services

Been with boost for many years ever since the chirp but the service has really went to hell. Switching to Verizon. My review is not for the store but for boost mobile it's self the people in the store have always been upfront and honest.
