Goodwill is a popular thrift store known for its low prices and extensive selection of items available in large bins. Customers enjoy the thrill of digging through these bins to find unique and high-quality pieces, often paying as little as $1.99 per pound for their finds. The store is well-organized and consistently stocked with new items, thanks to the hardworking management and dedicated staff. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful nature of the employees, especially those who go the extra mile to assist shoppers, enhancing the overall shopping experience. However, some reviews indicate that prices have increased, and there have been occasional complaints about customer service. While most staff members are praised for their politeness, there are reports of inconsistent service, with some customers encountering less-than-friendly interactions. Despite this, the majority of shoppers leave satisfied with their purchases and the fun experience of exploring the store. Overall, Goodwill remains a recommended destination for those looking to find great deals on clothing and various items while enjoying a treasure-hunting adventure.
Prices have gotten too high. Clothing isn't much more in price and it's new at Walmart. Items are not guaranteed. The workers are always great, polite and helpful.
