About Legacy Parke Apartments
Legacy Parke Apartments is a conveniently located apartment community in Charlotte that offers residents the best of both worlds - the amenities of a big city with the tranquility of a small town. The spacious living spaces and peaceful surroundings are a major draw for those seeking a comfortable and relaxing lifestyle. However, reviews of the property are mixed. While the management and maintenance staff are praised for their responsiveness and helpfulness, some residents have experienced issues with the building's construction, including collapsed drainage, structural problems, and even mold. These issues have led to concerns about the quality of the property and the value provided for the rent, which has seen significant increases in recent years. Despite these challenges, the community is described as having great people, and there are calls for the management to address the needs of the residents, such as adding a dog park and improving accessibility with handicap parking and ramps. Overall, Legacy Parke Apartments seems to offer a mixed experience, with the potential to be an excellent option for those seeking a convenient and peaceful living environment, if the management can address the ongoing concerns.

The maintenance here is top notch. Chad and Wade are on top of every service call I make. I appreciate them and recommend they receive high praise for their hard work. I have lived in apartments all my life and they are by far the best I have experienced. Legacy did well to hire these two.

A nice quiet place to live. Apartments are fairly clean and the staff is usually very helpful. Especially Briana, she has been so helpful to us.

I had a couple things I needed maintenance to take care of and they came right away and fixed everything very quickly. Very satisfied.
