Scheduled a repair of my LG refrigerator, I told them it was an LG when I made the appointment. The tech was on time and was here for less than 15 minutes. I was charged $89.00 just to be told it was probably the compressor and they dont do system work. Why take appointments for brands you don't service?Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Unfortunately I was very upset with this service not only was the wrong part ordered but they promised to make things right and when that time came they did not follow through. Poor communication between staff and customer service was not their priority! For a 15 dollar order I ended up paying 60.00 for their mistake. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

After looking at 3 of the area big box stores, and not having one person offer to help me, I went to Richards.Prices slightly higher, but for those dollars, I got immediate professional service, & all my questions answered.My washer/dryer were delivered 2 days later by Caleb, who was courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and tidy. Well worth it to have that top notch service. And I called the following day with a question and they put Caleb on the line to help me!Service: Household appliance installation

It took three days for a return phone call, service man spent 10 minutes, didn’t even open the tool box and charged $89. I called to see if a discount would be applied to a purchase and they offered hoses?!?!Service: Washer/dryer repair

It took a week and a half to get A heater changed out in refrigerator The 1st one to show up showed up to the wrong house had the wrong part Then took another 3 days to show up Our 2nd appointment was on a Wednesday at noon to 4 he showed up at 9:30 in the morning. We where gone at a family reunion So we had to reschedule. The soonest was for a week later... But when we finally did get the part in The service man did a good job
