I bought several hand soaps as gifts for Teacher Appreciation Week and visited this store to pick them up. When I asked for smaller bags to separate the gifts, Isabelle, along with another employee named Shanna, said they couldn’t provide smaller bags even though I had purchased 13 soaps. I never heard of this kind of response my entire life!
If I had more time, I would have gone to another Bath & Body Works. Despite having very few customers in the store, the staff showed no interest in providing service . With such poor customer service and attitude, I honestly wonder how long this location will stay open.

As soon as I walked in through the door, I was greeted so wonderfully by the kind young ladies that were working today, 04/23/25! I received help trying to pick out the scents I would enjoy and just had a wonderful experience overall!

Customer service was the best I’ve received in a long time. Jess and Shauna seemed to enjoy their jobs, each other, and most importantly helping the customers. Lovely to see!

I would give the place a a zero stars . Went in for the annual sale went to pick up a scent that I like sprayed and I was gonna by but the sales lady jerked it from my hands not even asking if I was buying she just goes that’s what the tester is for .
Won’t be it’s sad because I spend over $100 …
Please retrain your staff on dealing with Public instead of just being rude.
Won’t be back .

I will never shop here ever again. As I walked out of the store I felt embarrassed and frustrated. Don’t shop here. They make everything confusing.

I was at bath and body works today to do a simple exchange and I was asked to leave because of my dog. I was so confused because the lady that was helping us commented “oh he’s so excited” and I said yes sorry he’s very happy. Then another worker from another register came over and said I had to take my dog out. There was no explanation or anything and my dog stoped barking by this time his excitement had settled down. Not sure if she or someone was afraid or what but if there is a type of dog that is not welcomed that should be noted not have a customer leave after they’ve walked around the store and stood in line. Thankfully the worker that was helping me continued to help me despite me being asked to leave I think she was a bit confused as well. Very poor customer service on the one workers part but my person was helpful.

My daughter and I was at Bath and Body works today. There was a sign on the table hard soaps $3.50 each. When I questioned the sales associate at the register she went and looked and seen the same sign clear as day. The sales associate moved the sign because she said that portion shouldn't be showing. Then got the Manager Michele to assist. Michele debated with me regarding the price and said that someone moved the sign and no other soaps are marked that way. I took the soaps from the table with the sign. The manager was very rude and raised her voice at me and refused to honor the price. I left the store and they lost around an $80 sale.
