Drove 45 mins to this store because their website said they had a gas fire pit in stock. When I got there they didn’t have any available. I asked if there was anyway they could ship it to me and waive the shipping fee. They said no. Didn’t try to make it right for me or help me out. Do better Big Lots! I was planning on spending big money on patio furniture & a gazebo. Someone else will get my money now!

Store was HORRIBLE!!! They were VERY RUDE told to get out for “stealing” when we were shopping. The store was unorganized very badly put well. Rudely treated and bad service won’t come again.

Looking for cushions for my out side chairs.found them .the 14 mile store is all things. No food or make up type items. But the Gratiot store has both items.not so many house things, but food and personal stuff,make up etc. both stores were clean bright and had lots of things to shop for .

This big lots always has a good variety of items. I always find something that I can't resist. I usually can't walk out we're out spending over $100. I'm sure that makes you happy but it makes me broke... and happy?

TERRIBLE store. Went twice in the last few days to buy last min stocking stuffers and BOTH times had management employees pacing me throughout the store. Step up your loss prevention game because it's overly OBVIOUS and extremely off the mark. Employees get too desperate out here trying to make a name for themselves and it's gonna cost businesses money putting batteries in the backs of hourly employees acting as loss prevention specialist. Will never spend money here again
