I've never had an issue with this station before. I'm a pay-at-the-pump patron. At approximately 11:42 a.m. on 09/23/23 I placed my card in the card reader on the pump as per usual, and noticed that it went in further than it ever had previously. Upon attempting to retrieve it SEVERAL times, it remained firmly in the reader, no matter how hard I pulled. I was NOT walking away from the pump with my card in it! With all the warnings about pump skimmers, I'm thinking that my information is being been copied. While I'm fighting to get my card out, a car pulls up beside me, stopping between my vehicle and the grass. It parks there for a couple of minutes. I continue pulling on the card, but kept eyeing them until they left). I wish I would have gotten plate number... I decided I'd try to change the payment method (MORE than once), by canceling the transaction. The system would not allow it. So I try to pull the card out again, but to no avail. I finally decided to put my code in see what would happen. Suddenly the pump comes to life! Strange... it releases m card. I choose the grade of gas, and fill my tank. (I always print a receipt). While the receipt is printing, I noticed a strip of VERY fine print that I could barely make out even by squinting. It was a warning that stated "this chip reader will grasp your card.." shaking my head I pulled my receipt out, and got in my car.Hoping for an explanation, I went home to look up the stations's phone number, and called them. I let it ring for a long time , no one answered. (This was not a busy time of day, only one other person got gas while I was there.)I decided to call corporate but they weren't open on Saturday. So, I called them today, trying to ask them about their new chip readers that retain the customers cards. She said they have no information on this at all, I need call the station. I calmly inquired if there wasn't SOMEONE at corporate that WOULD have this information, or could look into it? No there was not, but she kindly suggested that I call my bank. That was the FIRST thing I did when I got home on Saturday. This may be nothing at all, security-wise. But it's certainly very poor customer service, and customer relations.

Never go there but stopped in. Because I had a flat tire. I bought some fix a flat. They had a generic version. The hose broke and sprayed into my eyes, mouth, nose. My vision is still blurred and I feel it in my lungs a day later. The person behind the counter had zero concern. Missing work to go to the doctor.

Profiling at it’s best. After pumping the gas, my car stalled. Rather than speaking with me about the situation first, the clerk called the police. Two squad cars arrived. I had to unnecessarily explain my waiting for a tow truck to the officers who surrounded my stalled vehicle. They apologized for the clerk’s ignorance and left.Profiling at it’s finest.

I have stopped there at quick lube which is called brothers quick lube and to get a tire plug he charged me $25 to $40 I will recommend people do not stop there they are a rip off
