My family and I are moving 700 miles out of state and reserved a 26 ft truck for moving this weekend. We picked up the truck on Friday evening and by Saturday morning the road in front of our house was filled with brake fluid. We called customer service and they directed us to roadside assistance. Roadside assistance came out and deemed the truck un-drivable. We then called customer service back, but they were off- shore, reading from a script and the only answer we could get was to wait for a call back. Well we never got a call back, and after three additional calls back to more off-shore answering we decided to try back in the morning. We tried to even cancel our reservation through them but they would not even help us with that and kept referring us to other phone trees. My family was planning on driving down to our new home today, but because of this mess, my parents who both live near our new home had to take additional time off work as did my husband. This morning, we were told that there are no trucks in any part of the metro Detroit area that we can use, and that we need to wait for them to find one. They were still “unable to process a cancelation” We have since found a Uhaul truck that we can rent and will be picking it up shortly to load and drive down tomorrow. However there is still a in-movable budget truck sitting in front of my house making a mess that has been waiting to be towed for almost 24 hrs. Thank God this didn’t happen to us on the side of the road. We will not be using budget truck again.

They get 1 star for good prices!! The full reservation was not available when requested(30+ days in advance) The office staff made no attempt to notify anyone before we drove 2 hours to get there!! The office personnel were nice enough, but no reason for this!!

I mean, it's Budget, if you are looking for newer trucks go somewhere else, what I like about this particular place is the access, and diesel pump very close with relatively easy access, Debbie has really good costumer service, I don't have any complain, whenever I had issues with a truck the problem was solved, I do recommend this place.

The first winter we have and there's trucks and cars everywhere all in the ditches Enterprise trucks in a ditch 26 foot lift gate I pray for all of them but I just want to say thank you to Debbie and Gary for maintaining my truck and having the proper tires on a proper truck with the right air pressure this is the company use please use this company they saved my life

We rented a 16' truck and tow dolly here on 5/22/18. While the representative was nice, the truck was not. It was muddy inside and out, ($5 to spray wash the mud off the windows and mirrors) the windows and cab interior were filthy, (gas station window cleaning squeegee in the inside windows to get them clean). When we finally got on the road, the steering wheel had too much play and the truck had a noticeable vibration in the front. It was not a good 550 mile trip. The drop off location was going to send the truck to the shop for inspection. The car tow dolly ratchets didn't work and needed lubrication. While the manager was nice and helpful, in my opinion, she should stick the flower shop work. I should have followed my gut and experience and gone to the U-Haul across the street. I would advise you do the same.

Worst experience...they called night before to tell me no trucks, but I could drive 44 miles north to get it. So....88 miles round trip with my car, and 44 miles on the rental before I even get started. Said I would get 50 free miles for the trouble, but didn't ADD the miles, they just took a some money off....so got screwed and charged on overage upon return. Then they tried to stick me with a bill for missing furniture pads...good thing I photographed my entire drop-off process or I'd probably be financing their office party with those charges too. No attention to detail and Horrible off-shore customer service from a script. Zero thinking or communication. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
