I think they are bias and honestly got to be the worst citizens Bank in the world. Lady had me waiting for 20 minutes after waiting for 20 minutes was very short then I asked Can I do my pin switch she said yes then no , when she told me no the other lady said yes..so I left called 800 number then I came back because customer rep old me I can do a cash advance at the branch and she told no one to tell me different. I got back up there waiting again in line they told me no they don't do cash advances and I know they're lying but don't worry I won't return

I went to this ATM to withdraw cash. It did not give me the option to choose the denominations and gave me the cash all in $5's. I attempted repeatedly to re-deposit the cash because I would rather use my debit card than try to pay for groceries all in $5's. I have deposited cash at this ATM previously without an issue but tonight the button to deposit cash was grayed out for some reason. It's frustrating that Citizens ATMs are so unreliable. This is not the first time I've gone to one of their ATMs and found it out of service or not working properly.

I went today to withdraw money I have my checks book with me because the debit and credit for me and for my husband was expired they didn’t send us the new ones, So the cashier started ask me a lot of questions when was the last transaction, how much, the last deposit when and how much and when did you opened your account and where, she is already asked me about my drivers license and she opened my account, I don’t know why she was asking all these questions, then she ignored me and went to help people at driving through, I will close my account,I don’t like the rude people.

I have banked with this branch for 30 years during these years I have never requested any service other than general banking. Yesterday I called and asked for a wire transfer for a car purchase. I was told by the bank manager, “I don’t have time for that today!” But I could go to another branch. This is unexceptionable, in this economic climate who in their right mind tells a customer they don’t have time. Time to find a new bank.

All the tellers and bankers are nice of this bank but when it comes to the manager she should not be working for reputable bank like citizens she is ill informed she needs a lot of training she should be demoted she Is not fit to be a manager the branch and 19 mile and Hayes

They are very friendly but don’t go through the drive thru. Every time I go sit for over 15-20 mins waiting for someone to help me.
