I've never had a problem finding what I need at CVS. The store is always clean and well stocked. The only problem I've ever had there is I buy more than what is on my list.

My problem is their worried about the dea when they don't even mark the date right on the bottle so you count 30 days n you go their n they say ur a day early waist your time I get it you filled it a 29 days but the bottle should be marked so you know when to come and if u filled it a day early why does that throw off the bottle date by one day so lemme get this straight u misplaced one drug so we'd like to fill early n were supose to have That drug for next month how bout this mark the bottle right or don't fill early

For the past 5 years off in on I made that clear, this place is known for making mistakes, charged my family member medication that was only $5 over the counter they charged $20 for without telling him his insurance did not cover it, the medication that was supposed to have been sent over they were feeling another medication that was not asked for, the floor is full of trash not in the store itsel, but in the pharmacy department, some of the pharmacy techs have not so pleasant attitude; when you're dealing with a person's medicine situations, employee could be very sensitive with customer and the employees should be very courteous and with pleasant understanding and good hospitality with people who are picking out their medication and everyone's in so much of a hurry, and making very bad mistakes!

This was the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Customer service sucked. I sat there while the girl with long blonde hair was talking about somebody's social media presence for like 5 minutes while I stood there when nobody talking to me then she didn't even say hi thank you nothing worse customer service she needs to go through some training.

I truly love going to CVS and the pharmacy is awesome,,they always have my prescriptions ready, and call as well the service is great.

I think certain pharmacists and technicians sincerely want to help but are simply overwhelmed with the amount of people all the customers from the downtown mount clemens location got pawned of here and they were already one of the busiest locations in metro Detroit

This place sucks! I use this pharmacy specifically because they are 24 hours to refill prescriptions. I’ve had several issues with this place tried refilling a couple of scripts and first I was told it was too early too fill which is understandable but the pharmacist told me he would fill the script on a specific day. I attempted filling the script on their app (out of convenience) it didn’t work and this was after the date. Eventually after waiting 2 weeks and the script still had a status of “pending” I called. She told me we are out of stock it will be available in a day or so ?. Keep in mind this is nearly 3 weeks after the 6/5 refill date. Luckily I had extra meds. Just be mindful if you use this place because you have to call several times to get them to do their jobs

Was at CVS today looking for something for my neuropathy. Pharmacist came from behind the counter and spent at least 5 minutes showing the different medications. All in all that is a wonderful CVS.

They were still selling leftover dead flowers from Valentine's Day today on March 2nd. Everything here is overpriced.
