The pharmacist people is kind, but the customer service at the front of the store is horrible. I had a really bad experience as a customer with the customer representative Mikey which is obviously he doesn’t want to be there.

A grossly display of total incompetence laziness and absolute 0 care for a 87 year old needing his very important medication. after telling me it would be ready in 20 minutes, 12 hours later when not ready ( supposedly they didn’t have, but 12 hrs later after they told me 20 min) they had me calling several other cvs stores ,eventually finding a Walgreens. CVS send they would transfer immediately and then they not transferring for another 6 + hours and counting . We are at 2 days so far. What happened to 20mins and the courtesy to call sometime within the 12 hours to tell me that they don’t even have. EVERYONE FORGET THIS PLACE, no way can u trust this kind of incompetent negligence being trustworthy of filling important and life saving medication for your elderly family members
Should not be in the business of being responsible for lives.

The customer service here was just absolutely amazing. Woman that helped me mentioned she had been with the company for 30 years, she was just an absolute delight and had such pride in what she did. I don’t frequent CVS just because there’s a competitor closer and more convenient for me, but I will seriously make it a priority to visit here now that I’ve had such a wonderful experience.

Everytime I have to go here the bushes are overgrown, parking lot has garbage all over, garbage cans are overflowing. Looks horrible. Clean up your store. Those who live in the community want better!

I enjoy the convenience and selection of most cvs stores. The branch located 18 mile Road and Garfield in Clinton Township has a strong fragrance smell that is very debilitating for people that have issues with that. I will no longer be able to shop there because I end up with a terrible migraine even when spending just a few minutes in the store

Its no wonder this pharmacy has AWFUL reviews. I went today for the first time and was spoken to like absolute garbage. What a horrible experience.

Refered for pharmacy refill to this location, only to go there and be told they don't carry that prescription and couldn't tell me anywhere else to get it

As always, Michelle is an excellent clerk. Always smiling and so very helpful! The store is always clean, and the shelves are always well-stocked with merchandise.

My son didn’t pick up his prescription before the 24 and Hayes closed. The pharmacist at Garfield was very helpful and was able to get me the prescription. Thank you so much!

Second time I had to have script sent from another pharmacy because they didn’t have it and CVS.did. I switched becauseCVS. didn’t take my Medicare Ins but now they do so I’m switching back. Very nice and helpful staff.

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life! Submitted a request to refill a prescription at 11:00AM by 6:00PM when I still hadn’t heard anything I called. They told me 1 hour. At 7:15PM I showed up and they told me there was a mixup and to come back at 9:00PM. 10 hours….to fill one prescription that every other pharmacy I have ever been to takes about 1 hour. Once I was in line and it still wasn’t done, at that point just fill it while I’m there and have some bit of customer service.
Beyond no longer filling my prescriptions here, I won’t give this store any further business. I can see why you have only 2.4 stars for your rating. Great job management!

My Granddaughter and I always enjoy shopping here she always has fun getting little things here and there and I always love shopping here as well it's a fun place to be and the employees here are always wonderful .

Pharmacist Yousif provides an excellent customer service. He’s very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Every time I visit this pharmacy, I see him helping everyone with smile.
