Huge out to to Richard Klaiss Jr for getting me into my brand new Bronco! He was working on closing 3 of us at the same time, and made sure we all were being attended to! We had a small wait, and he was amazing with making sure we had all the small things handled so that we could be in and out as fast as possible! My parents have been looking for a new salesperson to go through, and they are VERY excited to start using Richard as well!

I would like to thank Mikey Gregerson for taking care of my girls 2023 mustang gt. We live in commerce twp and with the construction on the highways, it takes an hour to drive to Dorian Ford from home. We have been going to the ford dealer 6 minutes down the road from us, but we will gladly drive the hour because Mikey is a fantastic service advisor and actually cares about what he does, and his customers. He thoroughly explained to us what other ford dealers couldn't seem to answer. All we drive are ford's, we have a 25 f150, 20 raptor, 17 fusion and 2 other mustangs and will gladly bring all our ford's to him. Mikey is the best!

can’t believe the way I was treated at Dorian Ford especially being a Ford employee myself. This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with; customer service and mechanic wise. They have long wait times on the phone constantly putting you on hold and waiting. When they worked on one of my vehicles they disconnected the starter and wouldn’t admit that they didn’t tighten the bolt properly so it ruined my starter on my vehicle and cost me thousands of dollars to replace, I was in a pinch and needed the truck so I didn’t argue and paid it because they blamed it on the truck being old.
Had to wait on hold for 5-10 mins just to talk to someone in service who is very unknowledgeable. They can’t even give you a price on what it would cost to fix something basic or book an appointment because they do not want to take the time to talk to a tech when “their shift is ending.” Which results in someone having to call you back the following day.
Then the following day you get a phone call at 8am saying “if the service is so bad why do you want to come here?” Instead of receiving pricing of what you asked for or an appointment they accused me of having some “choice words“ but can’t say what was said or prove anything that was said at all, which I did not.
Instead of rectifying the situation and serving me as a customer they treated me like I was a low life degenerate making me feel like I was a shitty person and just a number and could care less about return business. As the phone call continued, I politely tried to explain that I didn’t say anything negative towards the employee and they didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I was then told to “never come to shop again my business is not wanted.”
I will never recommended this shop or dealership to anyone and I would advise anyone who asks about Dorian Ford to never go to this place of business for service or a vehicle because they have terrible customer service and treat customers like they do not matter and obviously they do not need the business especially from fellow Ford employees.

Doug and team at Dorian are always incredible and always have a solution. On my 4th car with Doug and even if he isn't in the team jumps in to help him until he is. No pressure just finding the vehicle and financing and driving off happy as can be. Even the dog is happy!

Please hear me when I say this dealership is NOT like the rest! I have gotten my last 4 cars from Dorian Ford and I could not be more pleased! The dealership is clean and organized and the customer service is top notch. I worked with Mike W. For every single one of the cars I've leased from Dorian Ford so far. He is the most kind, patient and knowledgeable service member I have ever met. Mike takes the time to work out the best deal possible and makes the entire process of getting into a new car painless and hassle free. Mike works around my schedule, keeps consistent communication and never fails to answer a question or concern. Before I found Mike, I had already been through all of my local car dealerships and really found the selection and customer service to be lacking. Although there are several closer dealers around me, Dorian Ford is well worth the trip. I can not stress enough how valuable Mike W. Has been to me throughout all of my vehicle purchases. He is very kind and really tries to understand your situation. He is also always very quick to reply and knows his stuff! As if his genuine and friendly demeanor were not enough, he is incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles, packing, conditioning, etc., and will move mountains to work with you until you find the perfect fit. It is so rare in today's world to meet people who really leave an impact on you, especially when it comes to customer service, but Mike is one of those special people.
