Fantastic experience with Tanu and her team at this Enterprise location. Very professional and friendly - and my rental (an Audi A3) was in excellent condition and fun to drive. I'll definitely rent from this location the next time I'm visiting family in the area.

Would NOT recommend. They can NOT keep their word. There was MAJOR miscommunication and the manager promised a small refund to make things right and then NEVER refunded and NEVER answered me again.

My experience at the 16 mile and Gratiot was great. Tanu and her staff took care of everything for me. Dropped me off at the dealership. Everyone had a beautiful personality and appreciated my buissiness. Not used to it. Rented cars twice before from different companies. Will never go back. Thank you for a painless smooth experience. I WILL BE BACK!

I rented a vehicle for a week. The hybread Jeep Grand Cherokee was excellent condition, drove exceptionally well and satisfied my needs.
The representative that helped me out (Tonja), was professional, efficient and a complete joy to work with. I normally don't mention people in reviews except when they really impress me.
The pick-up and drop-off went flawless.

Excellent service in my time of need- my car broke down while out of town! Already used Enterprise in Dickson Tennessee. Glad to see they give great service in Clinton Twp Michigan as well!

Rented a vehicle from Sarah on 6/7/24. She was pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Just wanted to edit that on July 3rd, I also dealt with Julia and she was fantastic too! Excellent service!

This location is crooked as a politician. Was told I had to pay a 500 dollar deductible for something that was broke when I got the car, but would be refunded after repair. It's now been alittle over a month and now I'm being told it cost over 500 to repair the air flaps on the vent. And Even tho I didn't break it I had to pay for it cause I rented the vehicle. I will never return to this position building

I had a great experience. I booked for a luxury SUV to drive my sister to prom. Unfortunately, I do not have a credit card. I almost had a melt down but Marquise and Staff provided me with a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. My sister loved it and loved that I could control the back door without getting out to open the door. Now, I want this Mini Van. I never have been fans of Mini Vans but me and my 13 year old loved it as well.
