Family Dollar is a neighborhood store known for its low prices and wide selection of items, including cleaning supplies, groceries, seasonal goods, and kitchen essentials. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness and well-stocked shelves, making it a pleasant shopping experience. Many shoppers have highlighted the helpful and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to assist, particularly noting one employee's exceptional service that made a significant impact. While most customers can find what they need, some have mentioned that prices at the register can sometimes be higher than expected, so it's wise to check prices closely. Additionally, there have been mixed reviews about customer service, with some experiences featuring rude staff members. However, the recent addition of Dollar Tree to Family Dollar has brought improvements, with many expressing hope for a better shopping environment. Overall, Family Dollar remains a convenient option for those seeking great deals and a variety of products in their community.
I recently started going to this location. I was hesitant due to the condition of the one off 15 Mile. This one is always clean, shelves nice and stocked. I was shocked when I walked in the first time. I love going in there. Staff has always been nice. Glad it's so close to me.

I like the store, and can usually find what I'm looking for......but you have to be mindful of the price listed for the items you're purchasing, because many times, it will ring up at a higher price at the register.
