This was my first time going to this shop and when I tell you these men were pleasant from the time I called until the time I got to the shop. They even drove me home bcuz my vehicle was going to take a few hours. I will definitely take my vehicle back to them for any repairs. Thanks Devin for taking me home!

Bad service bad people I was selling my car and then the person who was trying to buy my car. He took it to them. They left it up the plate with something underneath the car and then my car doesn’t start. I went back to them. They told me we can’t do anything about it. I have to call the police and make a report they are. They are dishonest people do not take your car by them. They don’t know what they are doing.
They are very racist. They were talking about me between them in Arabic and they were trying to buy my car for cheap price. They are scam. I do not recommend it to nobody. Please do not go by them. Do not support them. Do not give them business they don’t deserve it .

BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
I was told that I needed a major tune up that cost over $1000. I brought the vehicle back soon after Because it did the same thing as before. then they changed the air flow sensor and told me that was the cause even though the mechanic test drove the vehicle after and it did the same thing again. Now my vehicle has the same symptoms but constant and now the mechanic is telling me I need a new transmission that's $4000. I had another mechanic look at it and he laughed and said that the tune up had nothing to do with the problem. I have been coming to this shop for years and have referred multiple people to this shop and now I feel robbed. Please DO NOT bring your car here

Unfortunately for some reason I cannot post the picture of the receipt I have. If there is a way please let me know and I'd be happy to post. I brought my truck to Fast Track Auto a couple months back to get my brakes done. Just new pads. That's all I needed. The gentleman that I spoke to ensured me I needed new pads AND rotors. I told him that was strange because I had just had my rotors replaced a couple months before that. He told me they most definitely needed to be done. I politely declined because I didn't have the funds to pay for it even if they indeed needed to be changed. The man tried bullying me into doing a service I did not want and couldn't afford. I ended up getting the brake pads changed and was about to be on my way when I look at my receipt and it says "Car needs rear brake rotors. Car is NOT SAFE to drive". I thought to myself that's odd. Fast forward to just a couple days ago. I take my car to my new mechanic for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed him my receipt from Fast Track Auto and ask him to check my rotors because at this point in time I had been driving on "bad rotors" for so long I assumed I needed them. I come back a few days later to pick my vehicle up and we're going over what he did to my truck and he says "hey by the way. There's absolutely nothing wrong with your rotors". So I know I may be being a bit petty on this one coming back so long after service but I would never recommend Fast Track Auto to anyone basing strictly on the fact my anxiety was through the roof driving a vehicle I thought "wasn't safe to drive" and attempting to charge me for a service I didn't need. This is why people don't trust mechanics. This is why people would rather find a buddy that knows something about cars to fix their vehicle. Instead of taking it to a licensed mechanic. Let's face it. There's a lot of crooked mechanics out there. You just so happened to find the guy with a big mouth and time on his hands.

I called this place to see about getting my breaks done and some guy was rude and quoted me and outrageous price for my 2012 Chevy impala the only reason why I gave 1 star is because I had to give at least one to rate this place
