Asked if it was possible to move my fridge today 3 miles away from the pick up location, the operator said it would cost over a thousand because it was last second 😂, for one object 1k+ is insane.

Horrible company. They got my number through Angie's list and now spam call me non-stop from a restricted number and weird hours of the day as well.
